1. Familiarization meeting or teleconference
We know that communication is the basis – also in the process of software development and integration. In the first steps, please call, email or video conference – thanks to which we will have the opportunity to get to know each other better and understand the design requirements. We use tools that allow you to quickly present concepts and visualize them. We will also present alternative or similar projects. A solution perspective will facilitate pricing.
2. Initial project quote
Knowing your business needs, time and goals we will propose a solution. We will specify the necessary resources and also the costs. We will prepare a tailor-made offer. On this step as our potential customer, you will make a decision, and we believe that we will meet with your interest. Remember – we are flexible, so the range of the offer can be modified and prices can be negotiated.
3. Development
Our experience in automation systems, embedded, many integrations and software has meant that continuous changes and improvements are inextricably linked to software requirements. At the beginning of the design process, we do not need a precise description of what and how it should work. We can determine this during manufacture. We use agile (AgilePM) and iterative manufacturing process – we work in short Sprints, during which we create subsequent parts of your application (increments). We regularly and often invite you to check our progress and provide us with your comments. Thanks to this, you can be sure that the end result will be exactly what you need. We will always provide you with clear and precise documentation in your preferred language. We make technical drawings, diagrams and technical / operational documentation.
4. Commisioning
When the project is finished, we run the software or automation system in the target environment. Regardless of whether it is a management office, a production hall or a prototype, we ensure that you can achieve your goals from the first day of use.
5. Support and maintenance
As integrators, we know special one thing: you get to know a real partner after delivery and launch. Support is the key to long-term cooperation and you can count on our support. We are available, we will answer the phone and write a message. We will help you maintain and update the application until the end of the product cycle or until a new revision, which we will help you make. This ending and opening new cycle and challenges.
